Five a Side is provided by NimblePanda Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17122751, registered office 30 Grange Road, Barnton, CW8 4PE. Contact: [email protected].

An account, free of charge, for organising football matches: RSVPs, waitlists, splitting the pitch cost and tracking who owes what. We may change or withdraw features. If we ever charge for something, we will say so before you pay, and nothing you already have becomes chargeable without warning.

Keep control of the email address you sign in with, because whoever can read it can access your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use the app to harass anyone, post anything unlawful, or try to break into other people’s groups or data.

We can suspend or delete an account that is being used for any of that, or that is causing problems for other users.

This matters. Five a Side records who owes what after a pitch cost is split. It does not take payments, hold money, move money, or act as an intermediary of any kind. Every actual payment happens directly between you and the other players, by whatever means you arrange yourselves.

The balances shown are a shared notepad, not an account. We are not a party to any debt between players, we do not guarantee any figure is right, and we cannot help you recover money someone has not paid. If your group disputes a number, sort it out between yourselves and correct it in the app.

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be up, that reminders will always arrive, or that it is free of faults. Push notifications in particular depend on your device, your browser and the platform, none of which we control, so do not rely on a notification as the only thing standing between your group and an empty pitch.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost bookings, wasted pitch fees, or money owed between players. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

If you use Five a Side as a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights and nothing in these terms takes them away.

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us. We can end your access if you break these terms. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in the privacy page.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
